Despite the slow start to the week, it was a great week to begin a new year. The children were excited to be at school, I was excited to be at school and Mrs. Unsworth was excited to be at school. We caught up with holiday stories, we reviewed some old things and learned some new things and capped it all off with an afternoon of sliding. It doesn't get much better than that. I know that the rest of this school year will be just as great.
- Kahli shared a pink stuffed kitten, Logan had a remote controlled Monster truck, Shaye showed us a white tiger stuffie and Emilia told us about a new doll she loves.
- Monday Jan. 12 we have a Taiko drumming presentation in the gym. You are welcome to join us at 10:30.
- Book orders will come home Monday and are due Wednesday Jan.14.
- A two page info notice about the Early Development Index will also be coming home Monday.
- We will be joining Mrs. Farber's class at 10:30 on the field on Friday Jan. 16 to play with the Earth ball. Thank you Mr. Bowser for organizing.
- Home folders did not go home today due to the sledding afternoon. They will be stuffed on Monday.
- Since when did cameras become so complicated?!
