- Please return library books by next Thursday for exchange.
- April's Family Project (kite and tail) is welcome at any time. May's went home this week and is due Friday, May 4.
- Monday, April 23 is an NI Day so Team Awesome will stay home.
- The Children's Honours Choir will be making a presentation at BEST on Tuesday, April 24 at 1:30 if you would like to join us.
- The morning of Wednesday, April 25 will be spent at the Big Little Science Centre with Mrs. Farber's class. Please return the permission form ASAP.
- May hot lunch orders are due Thursday, April 26.
- PAC Wendy's lunch orders are due Monday, April 30 with lunch delivered on Friday, May 4.
- Monday, April 30 we will have a fire drill.
- BEST PAC Penguin Meat orders will be delivered and picked up on May 3.
- Please note that we will be inviting our moms to our classroom from 8:30-9:00 the morning of Friday, May 11 for a wee Mother's Day celebration.
- Yearbook sales are drawing to a close. This is your last chance to pick up a book, so if you haven't put in your order please do so ASAP in the main office ($20 paid in advance).
- If you haven't already, please sign and return the report card envelope for our last reporting period of the year.
- Mark your calendar for the 4th annual Meet The Machine on Saturday, April 21 at the Kamloops Pow Wow Grounds.

- April sight words are: all, boy, his, girl, not, some, that, what. Please feel free to practice them at home.
I found this quick-read article on why it is important to expose our children to dirt interesting. It suggests that living in an environment that is less clean is actually better for kids (but we all knew that).
