Winter holidays are here, although its not looking much like winter out there and while I once thought that I would dislike Christmas without snow, right this minute it isn't bothering me that much. I do enjoy the lights and glitz of the season but mostly I love spending time with family, baking special goodies for my boys and catching up on my reading. And not one of those things requires snow.
- Dorian shared a Lego car and Grayson showed us his special scarf.
- Big Little Science Centre is open 10am to 4pm this Saturday December 20, and will have Static Electricity Shows at 11am and 1:30pm.
- We will be welcoming Mrs. Unsworth back into our classroom on our return to school until our Spring break.
- School resumes Monday Jan. 5. I look forward to seeing Team Awesome!
- Just a heads up that we will be skating at Mac Park Feb. 26, Mar. 5 and Mar. 12. The school does have extra skates but they are ancient, well-worn and not terribly comfortable.
- The BEST skipping team, Skiptastic, gave us a demo presentation today and boy were we impressed!
- Unfortunately my camera bit the biscuit Wednesday morning so I was unable to take videos or photos of our concert to post here. :-( I'm so sorry!
